SnaqBreak is a fitness app operated by EYZHN LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong SAR ("we", "us", "our"). EYZHN LIMITED is the data controller for personal data collected through SnaqBreak.
SnaqBreak collects your email address when you create an account. This is used solely for authentication via magic link sign-in and is stored securely by Supabase, our authentication provider. We do not use your email for marketing.
Your exercise preferences, completed workouts, and progress history are stored on your device and synced to your account to enable cross-device access. This data is associated with your account and stored securely by Supabase.
We process your email address on the basis of contractual necessity — it is required to provide the authentication service you have requested. We process your exercise and progress data on the basis of contractual necessity and your consent given at the time of account creation.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics tools. We do not have access to your payment details.
On iOS, push notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). We do not store notification tokens beyond what is required to deliver scheduled reminders. Notification preferences can be managed in your device Settings.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Your data is processed by Supabase, Inc. (United States) for authentication and storage, and by Apple Inc. (United States) for payment processing. These transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. For more information see Supabase's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@snaqbreak.com. We will action your request within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; object to or restrict processing; request portability of your data; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@snaqbreak.com.
SnaqBreak is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@snaqbreak.com.
