SnaqBreak™ is an independent fitness and movement habit platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any nutrition tracking, diabetes management, or food-logging applications. SnaqBreak does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
SnaqBreak provides exercise reminders and a library of science-backed micro-workouts. It is an informational and motivational tool, not medical advice.
You are responsible for exercising safely and within your physical capabilities. SnaqBreak is not liable for any injury resulting from exercises performed using the app.
The SnaqBreak name, Lunge-Q mascot, app design, and exercise content are owned by EYZHN LIMITED. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed through Apple via the App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.
We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. Lifetime purchases are honored at the price paid.
New subscribers to the annual plan may be offered a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard annual price unless canceled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Lifetime access grants access to the core SnaqBreak feature set as it exists at the time of purchase, including all exercises in the standard library and all standard Plus features. Future features, content, or product lines that constitute materially distinct offerings — including but not limited to enterprise plans, team features, or third-party collaborative content — may be offered separately and are not automatically included in the lifetime purchase.
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a materially distinct offering. We will not remove features that were available at the time of your purchase.
SnaqBreak operates a referral program that allows users to share a unique referral code with others.
New users who enter a valid referral code at the time of account creation will receive one free month of Plus access. This reward is available to new accounts only and cannot be applied to existing accounts. The free month expires 30 days after account creation and does not renew automatically.
Users who refer others to SnaqBreak may earn rewards when their referred users purchase an eligible paid subscription. Eligible purchases are annual and lifetime subscriptions only. Monthly subscriptions and free trials do not count toward referral milestones. Referral credit is awarded after a qualifying purchase is confirmed and is not awarded during trial periods. Referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for refunds or credits.
Rewards are granted at 3, 10, and 25 qualifying referrals. Milestone rewards include free Plus access and, at 25 referrals, a special recognition feature within the app. Details of each milestone reward are displayed within the app and may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active participants. Referral rewards already earned will be honored for their stated duration.
If a referred user exercises a right of withdrawal or obtains a refund under applicable consumer protection law, any referral credit awarded as a result of that purchase may be reversed at our discretion.
SnaqBreak supports sign-in via email one-time code, Sign in with Apple, and Sign in with Google. When using Sign in with Apple, choosing to hide your email address will create a new account separate from any existing account linked to your real email address. We are not responsible for data that cannot be merged between accounts created under different sign-in methods.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a right of withdrawal from digital service contracts within 14 days of purchase. By using SnaqBreak immediately after purchase and acknowledging this notice, you consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Subscription cancellations and refunds remain subject to Apple's refund policy regardless of this notice. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
SnaqBreak is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about fitness outcomes. The step equivalents displayed are estimates based on published MET values and are for motivational purposes.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
